Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

1. Packages are shipped out within 3 working days.
2. Tracking number and tracking link will be provided.
3. At launch, only Malaysia is covered.
4. If product is lost in transit; replacement will be provided.
5. Change of mind is an acceptable reason for return. Please research before purchasing.
6. Not all items can be returned due to hygiene reason e.g. dental floss
7. Two distinct orders place separately can be grouped, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
8. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
9. Return product shipping fees are burned by customer.
